lease takeover?

I might be shipped overseas by my company.

Since I might have to go to another continent, I can't bring my 1 with me.

In any case, I have it on a lease.

I only have 14000 kms on it. The car has the BMW 1 for 1 replacement insurance incorporated within the lease.

It's a jet black 135 with red seats, m package, 18 m wheels, usb audio integration, 6 spd manual, and it was built as an athlete (no sunroof, no electric seats to reduce overall weight - I believe this reduces the overall weight of the car by about 400 lbs). The dealer told me they ordered for someone who wanted the ultimate sport 135, and I picked it up.

There is about 26 months left on the lease. I will throw in my winter tires as well.

I am totally under the lease quota at 14k. I should be up to about 22,000 kms by now.

400lbs?? Are you sure? That would be a significant change in perform and gas mileage. Out of curiosity how much more do the power seats weigh vs the manual seats?

Some sales guy is BSing you if he said it saves 400lb. The sunroof MIGHT add 40lb more but thats about it. Power seats maybe another 30lb...it wasn't special ordered just a base model with sports pack

I think you might be right about the weight savings. That's what the rep told me.

I also forgot to mention that my car has the active steering option.
