Unfortunately that won't work.
The applications listed for those cars are very different, and for good reason. The M3 uses a larger disc for the extra necessary heat capacity, and also a caliper with different piston diameters to ensure optimum brake bias. Between the E90 325 and E92 M3, the calipers are different, as are the caliper brackets, bells/hats, rotors, rotor hardware, brake lines, and even the brake pads.
