Can anybody please clear this out for me!!
I was looking to buy some springs. I was thinking to get H&R. They have differrent ones!! ********** had regular, sport-plus, and race. what are the difference?! I would also like the feed back from the people who has these on their cars!! Please I am getting confused!!

Got it they just have it different wording I checked with the part #.
Hey people,Vendors especially OFFICIALLY(CHECK H&R site) they are called RACE SPRING (50493-88) not Sport-Plus!!! And Sport Spring is the one with just the drop!!!(29053-1)

All have pretty much the same drop it's the stiffness of the springs that sets them apart. If you are looking for a comfortable close to stock ride then regular will suit you, but if you are looking to track or prefer a stiffer race oriented ride then the sport plus is for you. The sport plus and the race must be the same as I was looking on Turner Motorsport's website. However they do advertise a race but only for other E9X models that not for the M3 at least not yet. That lowers the ride even more and does also provides stiffer spring rates.
