kxmills New Member 0 Rep 11 Posts Drives: 2005 545i Sport. SMG, HUD Join Date: Jan 2009 Location: NNJ iTrader: (0)	Stiff Brake Pedal My 05 545 has a hard brake pedal. Its like stepping on a brick. It moves a certain distance then no more movement and the car does not stop completely. According to my I-Drive I had 3500 miles left on my front pads so I had both front and rear replaced. No improvement. Any sugestions?
