NKB Kit & Others

Taken from an E46Fanatics thread... apparently they know more about Zs than we do. A couple of interesting ones.

NKB kit from Japan. This front bumper is the best one Ive ever seen.

M5 style bumper...maybe a custom fab? Front quarter panel also modified to fit over lights...

The front bumper in the first pic is incredible...Wow. On the practical side, with the center section so low, it wouldn't take much in the way of a driveway or speed bump to take it out.

I am pretty sure the reason they don't match up is because of the quarter panels modification that covers part of the headlight. Personally I like this "break up" of lines! I don't like the bumper too much though...

The riveting on the rear end is horrible.

they are not eyelids, they have had fabrication to the bumper. I think they look badass but not sure about lines that match up with the hood.

Group buy on rear spoiler?

I just spoke with a U.S. distributor, Memory Fab, and asked a few questions.

The rear spoiler is ~ $914 + U.S. to U.S. shipping. That's cheaper than the Alpina and I think it looks better.

Is anyone interested in a group buy? We need at least 5 to request it from Seiken NKB. Group buy discount % will depend on how much we commit to order.

not sure how folks will feel about this.... but it solves the 'lines' issue and would probably be a heck of a lot cheaper and easier to produce.

Personally Im not a big fan of the intersecting lines, it gives the Z a round look, which I think contradicts the sharp lines all over the thing. It also creates another Z ...

Nope. If there was enough interest in all their different parts, I'm sure we could ask for some type of "bulk discount."

The front bumper just looks like they stole the 1 series look, and the rivets on the fender flairs are horrid.

Nice looking eye lids. It looks a lot better in this pic.

NKB front is really nice. It reminds me of the new M3 race car front.
I never got why on all the wide body Z4 they never opened up the intakes ect like on the NKB front. It always looked weird to have a missive wide bumper and those tiny stock sized opening. The NKB bumper looks awesome.
