Rim question

I have an old set of 16 inch rims and snow tires from my other car. I looked everywhere on the forums to see if they will fit can anyone tell me if MB weapons 16X7 5-114.3 43GM with a 205/55/16 tire will fit on a 128i w/out the sports package.

Those wheels will not fit. Even if the sizes and offsets were correct, they still have a different bolt pattern (5x114.3 instead of the 5x120 on your car).
