performace wheels on 135i from 328i?

There were put on a 135 and taken off a 328, are these going to rub?
The dealer said that the offsets are the same for the two cars, or at least that the perfomrnace wheel part nubmers are the same for the two cars, but these sure look as they are gong to rub unless the supension on the car doesnt allow for that much movement?
thougths?

It looks to "stuffed" for my taste but some people really like this look. Just don't plan to lower it.

I'm calling the dealers bluff. Looking at performance wheels online, the 135i gets 18" performance rims and the 328 gets 19".

Will it rub on the Fender lip, the shock body, or both?
