BLACK LUGNUTS?

Since I have black lug nuts, I was just wondering if I had to use a special socket when removing the lug nuts off the wheel (so not to scratch the lug nuts)? Oh, I'll be using a impact drill (if that makes a difference)

No need to use an impact. They are only held on by 80 ft lbs of torque. You can easily remove them using a lug wrench. but you do not need any special type of socket. I beleive they are 17mm in size. Make sure you evenly torque them back down to 80 ft lbs.

I think it is 88ft. lbs. I could be wrong but I seem to remember that number.

Thanks guys - I wasn't going to use the impact wrench but the guys that put on the wheels obviously didn't use the torque specifications. I did torque it myself this time.
