A Quick Fitment Question

I am pretty sure that a 18x9 ET45 will fit in the rear of my wife's 135i but will this same size wheel cause a problem in the front.

from what ive been reading, it seems 18x8.5 will fit with a 38 offset. i think the max would be 225 width and this is without lowering.

I read on this forum, that 18x8.5 (40mm) with 245's will fit on the front. No rubbing & no rolling.
So stock rear wheels and tires should fit on the front with 13mm spacers?
