Help!
I need some quick advice. I've already ordered my 135i and it's set for PCD delivery on the 24th of this month. Problem is I'm having second thoughts about the 08 models and would love to get the new Navi. I did not put any deposit down and recently I sent the dealer a check for the downpayment and also the financing draft from Pentigon Financial Credit Union. Today, the dealer fedex's me all the sales paperwork to sign and send back. Can I just not sign the paperwork and decide to back-out at this time? Thank you for your help.

To form a binding contract, you need an offer, acceptance, mutual agreement, consideration and competent parties. Until you accept (sign the paperwork), you're not bound by any contract. You should be able to get your deposit cheque back. |
