Traction Control Error?
Last night I was driving and I had to make kind of a quick U turn. Not super fast, but a little faster then normal. In the apex of the turn I hit a small pot hole, nothing huge, but a bit of a bump. As soon as that happened I got an error on the NAV screen saying that the DTC has experienced an error and that I should take my car in for service as soon as possible. It happened just seconds before I got to my destination so I just turned the car off and went inside. When I came back out several hours later and started the car the error was still there. But then as I drove away the error cleared and hasn't returned.
Anyway I'm curious if these sorts of "false" errors are common, or if this is something I should be concerned about and have checked out? Dan |

I had this happen on some very tight downhill switchbacks taken at speed - odd thing was I had all traction control off at the time. Turning the car off for 30 seconds and back on fixed the problem. :iono: I made several more runs and it didn't happen again, and I've since seen and felt the traction control kick on so I know it works. I'm not going to worry about it unless it happens again.
