I've never been a fan of debadging, stickering, or vanity-plating... but an N54 label does sound cool and mysterious to folks that only know BMWs that start with 3/5/6/7/M/Z.

Most of the debadged cars I've seen generally look like generic cars. Now in those cases the cars have literally no badging anywhere and I think it makes them look forgetable, not special. In this case I assume you'd be leaving the BMW badges.

^ Yes. As I understand it, debadging, in our case, means just removing the 135i or 128i badge on the trunk. They'll know it's a BMW. Just not what kind of BMW.

I am a debadger but I am leaving the 135i badge. With only the 135i on the back it is not so bad. On my Z4 the 3.0i on the side had to go and I left the Z4 on the trunk. I removed 5 badges from my Tacoma plus the TRD OFF ROAD decals and still have TOYOTA TACOMA badges on the tail gate. That was overkill. The Tacoma looks way cleaner debadged.
