Canadians awaiting their new ride

This whole process is not good for an impatient person like myself haha if I would have only gone for the black leatherette instead of the coral leather.. Anyone know how best to track a car destined for Vancouver Canada????

The only way is to contact your CA. You can also try the shipping company's website if you can get the VIN from your CA. Unfortunately, we do not have owners circle here in Canada and from what I've heard, the 1-800 number is not accurate.

Has it arrived in Halifax yet? You can track it on the ship until Halifax, then your CA can tell you when it gets loaded onto a rail car, 3 or 4 days later. It takes about 10 - 15 dyas to get here by rail.

http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTrac...trackType=Auto enter your VIN Number under Cargo Tracking

Yeah, once it hits rail your best bet seems to be your SA. The 1-800 # is quite outdated. The best source of info for Vancouver I think is directly from the local Wallenius Wilhemsen vehicle center on Annacis Island (I think this is the VPC that BMW deals with). They would know when to expect it by rail, etc.

I tried calling them directly:
604-521-6681 but they are very tight lipped and won't give any info since BMW CA is their customer. So, SA again probably your best bet unless you can squeeze any info out of WW Good luck.
