Time between Order and Possession

FIRST POST !
Just curious to know, for those who's got the car, how long was the typical wait between time of placing order and the time of possession in Canada. I'd just like to have an estimate.

depends on your dealer, if they have a free allocation then as soon as 6 weeks, otherwise expect longer

Given the location of Edmonton I'm guessing your car will be delivered to the west coast. Unfortunately west cost cars take a good 3+ weeks longer then east coast cars. So you're probably looking at closer to 9-10 weeks.

I am more interested in hearing the actual time took for other Canadians that already has the car in possession. From the sounds of thing so far it seems like it's about 2.5 months. But I want ACTUAL numbers !

Every Canadian car is delivered to port in Halifax and then takes a long and arduous trip via rail to its destination. This is one of the reasons the Canadian dealers try and use to explain the higher freight/pdi price vs. the US.

I asked the same question and the average is about 9 weeks or 63 days.

I think I'll break the record. 23 days now with no production number. So even if I get it Monday, tack on 2 months or so til I'm sitting in it.
