Bingo... According to statitics, our inland East Bay weather has one of the highest numbers of clear and non-rainy days in the nation, as well as comfortable average temp. We are so fortunate to have our weather... We definately get bragging rights for that.

Too bad for chilly and foggy San Francisco! Ha! Ha!

And the chilly Peninsula. I do miss Walnut Creek sometimes.

Mine is a DD. The winters in NY havent been too bad. 2, maybe 3 somewhat bad storms this past winter and roads were clear before I left work. Ill just toss on some cheap winter tires and call it a day.

It's my only car. I used to have an Audi DD and a corvette for weekends. But I only have a 1-car garage so I'm going to have one car until I have more garage space.

As for inclement weather, only the Corvettes are supposed to melt when they get wet-- BMW's are sturdier than that! I did, however, avoid getting black. Now it can actually get somewhat dirty before it really looks dirty.

I'm in the southeast so the most inclement weather we get is rain.

It will be my only car, but I don't know if I'd call it a "daily driver" as I work from home and some days I never even leave the house.

I hope to drive it until it is old and used up! Daily, in all weather conditions, park it next to anyone. Well, maybe not anyone, but not that picky! Current car has 225,000+ miles on it, and really is still going strong. If the BMW can do what my Mercedes has done, I'll be 1 happy camper.

Daily driver, no garage and live on a huge ass hill in NY.

Good thing I can work from home and my actual office is only a mile away.

You walk in bad weather to save your car from getting rained/snowed on? That's nuts! Seriously saving your car from getting a little moisture on it is not worth getting wet and sick yourself.

I would drive it in bad weather, but I live in AZ so extreme heat is all I get.
