First Service Outside of BMW Maintenance Program - SoCal

I’m due for a service and this will be my first service on my 2018 M3 outside of the maintenance services covered under the lease after I bought my car at lease end.

Do the majority of you have the maintenance services performed by a BMW dealer or do you take it to a local shop? If a local shop is your preferred route, any recommendations for one in OC area of
SoCal? Thanks.
