Apex wheel question

Apex wheels says in their figment guide that 18x8.5 ET45 and 18x9.5 ET58 fits with 235/265 tires.

What is the equivalent offset if you wanted to run 18x9 and 18x10? Would be on stock suspension with camber plates up front with eventual goal going full SPL arms and Ohlins R/T coil overs.

Would like to run 245 front 275 rear. I'm ok to run spacers if needed. I'm learning to calculate offsets so I appreciate any help you can offer.

The easiest way to understand what is happening with offset is to use an online calculator like "will they fit dot com"

Normally the higher the offset number, the further "inward" the wheel will be. The lower the offset number, the further "out" or more "poke" the wheel will have. Offset is not the only factor here, if you're going to run 9" wide fronts and 10" rears, you're going to have trouble fitting cleanly between the bodywork and struts etc. There are a couple of people that have run close to the sizes you're looking but you'll need to dig deep and experiment a bit yourself. These cars just don't have that much room unfortunately.

Thanks! I know a member here, Berns, built the crazy nice 1M replica but before that, he put some stupid wide wheels and tires on the stock body 1.

I also know he had all spl arms and lots of negative camber which I don't yet have. I was hoping to find a reasonable compromise between what apex says fits no issues and what Berns did.
