2011 135i N55 71K miles DCT

Selling my beloved 2011 BMW 135i. It's currently at 70xxx miles, M sport package + DCT. N55 engine (more reliable than previous N54 platform). The car is in San Jose.

Owned it since late 2013 @ 8K miles, this thing is a blast drive. The only reason to sell it is I want to get a stick shift and transmission swap on this car is beyond my DIY ability and too expensive.

It's been well taken care of with service interval always shorter than BMW recommendation (records are available for what's not shown in Carfax).

Besides regular maintenance, items below were serviced:
oil filter housing gasket, serpentine belts, water pump and thermostat replaced @65K miles
spark plugs replaced @60K miles
VANOS solenoid cleaned @60K miles.
Battery replaced @55K miles

List of mods:
Berk Resonated midpipe + Berk Street Axle Back (BT1801-MMP)
M3 front control arms + M3 subframe busings + M3 front sway bar + M3 rear guide rods
Dinan camber plates
Koni Yellow adjustable shocks + Swift Spec-R springs
Brake: Stainless steel brake lines + F30 front dust shields
VRSF charge pipe
None engine tuning other than MHD stage 1.
VMR V710 wheels.

Damages and imperfections:
Rear bumper replaced after rear ended.
A scratch with a not-so-professional touchup on rear trunk
A scratch on driver door
Front dash leather cover lift up a little
Other minor cosmetic imperfections due to normal usage and age.

Let me ask another question: any recommendations for transmission swap in NorCal bay area? I'd keep my baby forever if it was a manual...

There are plenty, I would start with Edge (https://edgemw.co/), Bryko (http://www.brykomotors.com/), Performance Technic (https://www.performancetechnic.com/).
