MPE repair in SoCal?

Hey guys, my MPE V1 has cracked for the second time in year. The exhaust shop I went to last just did a quick tack weld throughout and I believe it's leaking from the same points now. Any shops anyone could recommend for proper inconel welding? Live in LA but don't mind driving anywhere.
