Ghassan Rebuilt forged engines

I'm in the market for a used 6 speed F10. I found one that has a rebuilt Ghassan engine & was wondering 1) if they do good work and 2) are reliable when it comes to warranty claims?

the ghassan thread is a must read. the f**king f**k thread is legendary and really helped me learn how to operate an f10 m5 coming from an f80 m3.

Thanks but these posts are 3 years old and 6 pages of speculative analysis why my engine blew is stale.

Does anyone on this board own a rebuilt ghassan engine and willing to share recent experience? Durability? Customer Service?

The links and posts the members shared with you offer pretty good insight into the quality of work and warranty that Ghassan offers. May not be what you want to hear - but it does answer the questions in your OP pretty clearly.

Ghassan has a terrible reputation. Take it or leave it.

Agree with the above - to me there is enough red flags to give it a wide berth.
