need a bucket seat - suggestions?

Hi Guys,

Ok i'm done sliding around the stock and trying to hold myself in against either the door, steering wheel or center console.

I'm looking for some good seat suggestions (bucket - one piece) to replace the driver seat. Something easy to install with brackets that lines up nice and with sliders. I'm 6' 200lbs so need the right size.

Sparco QRT or Recaro SPG comes to mind.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Steve

Height & weight isn't enough, people come in all shapes and sizes (short/long torso/legs, etc.)

Drop by our showroom in Anaheim, we have a wide selection of both Sparco and Recaro seats to try out and see what fits best on you.

I had that problem too. One way I solved it was using the Schroth Quick Fit Pro https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1232546, I figured I can use it until I feel the need to upgrade my seat to a full blown bucket in the future.

the only right advice here, is to find a local shop that has a variety of brands and models and go sit in it for a long time. what fits for me, may be torturous to you.
