Changing radio from US to European frequencies

Hi Guys,
I am going to export my US car to Europe and I understand there is a difference in how the radio freq. work. I found a coding thread for older models that almost gets it to work and I am wondering if someone has done this for the F series. Mine is a 2016 F33.

If possible using bimmercode. I do not have access to E-sys.

It can be done in coding just by changing region. But the connected drive will not work and the traffic does not integrate into the unit. I have a european ID 6 unit with DAB and the antenna controller for sale if your interested.

No need to change the region of headunit. It can be done using coding 3 parameters.
