Well its time for spark plugs and I just had a couple questions.
1) I saw on ecs tuning Brisk racing silver spark plugs, the part description seems good but I've only heard people talk about using Bosch and NGK, if anyone has positive experience with these let me know. they're 15 a piece vs ~19 for the Bosch and claim to be better.
2) I know some of you have listed an updated part number for the Bosch set thats crazy cheap, I don't mind paying the money for the set I see on ECS but if there is a way to save some coin on the same quality part im down. (i tried to find the thread to no avail)
3) any tips from the experts, first time doing spark plugs ever and just want to know if anyone has a secret hint of some sort.

You might not have had any replies because questions 2 and 3 are answered in the forums. No offense, but you'll have to enhance your search skills I guess? I don't have the threads handy or I'd link for you.

For your first question, there are no magic spark plugs. I didn't follow the link, but I wouldn't waste your time or money on what's probably 99% gimmic. Stick with Bosch or NGK. No reason to buy anything from the dealer. Once you get spark plug part numbers, go to RockAuto's website and punch in the data to the search bar. You should find they are a fraction of the cost as the BMW branded plugs. Even if you get the stock Bosch ones.

There's no magic to spark plugs. The BMW logo ones are the same Bosch plugs with the logo. The logo costs you an enormous amount. We just had posts about this within the last month.

Spark Plug questions

Yeah you're definitely right on my search skills being next to useless on here. I've tired the search function and always seems to show things with no relation to what I'm trying to find. Generally for searching here I go to Google with my question and have it search for bimmerpost.
My main question was the silver sparkplugs which I just did plenty of my own research and apparently silver sparkplugs are excellent and offer incredible performance but with little longevity they're ignored for normal cars.
And I did end up buying the Bosch because I've seen plenty of threads about sparkplugs and have read plenty about the genuine bmw plugs being Bosch with a logo and extra tax.
Sorry about the post pollution
