Under warranty? Modded? From what I've heard BMW Fremont is most mod friendly.

I just went in for routine maintenance at BMW CONCORD to have my spark plugs/oil filter/air filter swapped out. I have no complaints and they gave me a loaner for that day.

You should be ok just for service, ask for Nick Lal at Fremont, best SA there!

I take mine to Nick @ Fremont as well. Avoid Stevens Creek unless you already have a good SA and are happy.
