Removing Over spray on your M

I got my bumper painted 2 yrs ago and noticed some over spray of clear coat I think on the rear left panel (when I run my hand it's rough). Should have called the shop and complained time had passed

Any recommendation on how do I get that stuff off or the safest way?

(I read clay bar, Goo gone and acetone might just work)

Always start with least aggressive method first. You can try a clay bar but ymmv.

May need to polish lightly depending on how bad it is. I had to polish mine out. The clay bar got it smooth but you could still see it when under the right light.

I had it ceramic coated right after.
