BM3 support on 2020 models?

Wondering if anyone else has dealt with issues regarding not being able to unlock DME on their 2020 models. I have a 2020 M4 CS and according to BM3 support there is no current way to unlock DME, checking to see if anyone else has had a similar issue or a resolution, thx.

You need to send ur DME to BM3 and they'll send it back to you unlocked
