Lines should be diagonal, straight and not wavy nor all over the place.

Those are all over the place with no consistency.

BMW OEM always is as well as the high end aftermarket.

Suggest retrying with different manufacturer.

+1 that gap above right exhaust tip in customer is basically unacceptable bad install or product fitment I would have not posted those photos and instead ask the customer how they installed it. Hold your supplier more accountable or source better quality/ charge more if you have to

A little surprised they posted up the customer pic, the first picture of the SS2 car, the right tab isnt even in lol

Jeez if thats not bad fitment i don't know what is! Overall curved/bowed shaped with the weave going all different direction.

Wouldn't put that on my car if it were free imo. Need to put the hammer down with your china supplier imo...

That looks pretty horrible. I also would never put something like this on my car.
- Weave is all fucked, going every which way
- That wavey gap at the top
- The bottom of the middle looks assymetrical, might be camera angle or lighting though
- The gaps at the ends are all uneven
- The exhaust ends are mounted uneven, driver side is lower. Not the fault of the diffuser but doesn't make for a flattering photo of the diffuser.

This is roughly the quality I would expect if I went to aliexpress, typed in "carbon diffuser m4" and sorted by cheapest. I really hope you guys did not order a whole bunch of these. If you still have a chance, try a different manufacturer. This is suitable for an E46 owned by a 17 year old, but not for a 100k euro car.

Fitment (if installed properly) is spot on , i have it on my own car. I'll take more pics later this week.

I don’t think it’s worth getting into this cheap carbon business. Will create lots of eye sores and too much inferior product out there and customers screwing up their installs for your name to be on the line like that. We don’t need a more expensive AliExpress

Thats not at all whats happening, we dont just get product for cheap and release them.
Every product we get gets revised until we are happy with the quality.

All products we sell come with fitment guarantee. If you dont like it, we will take it back no questions asked.

As i said earlier, some people are looking for a perfect looking product and dont mind paying $1500 for it. thats great, but thats not the market we are after.

I personally would rather save $1000 and get a product that fits well, looks good and lasts a long time. Sacrificing a perfect carbon weave to save $1000 is worth it to me. It might not be worth it to you and i completely respect and understand that.

Instead of being negative, why not accept different options on the market?

You might not like it but a lot of other people do. We have had great success with front lips, side skirts, engine covers and mirror covers that we offer.

If this was performance driven, then some might accept.

It's only cosmetic, so that's why the blowback.

I can also have Macco paint my M4 for $250 to save some bucks and it will not be a factory paint job.

But I wouldn't do that either.

That this is selling only shows that last decade's ricers really have moved to BMW.

If price for wavy weave is the determining factor, CF difussers that look the same with lips can be found for over 50% cheaper.

Or they could go to alibaba and buy what appears to be the exact same difusser as yours for $250 at half the price.

here are couple things to keep in mind
1- There are hundred of Chinese manufacturers who offer carbon parts. Most of the products out there do not fit.
2- if it does not fit, per Paypal policy you can send it back for a refund but you need to cover shipping cost
3- if item comes scratched, you are out of luck as well
4- Once you add shipping cost, price goes up significantly
5- wait time is 3-4 weeks

Instead you can buy a product with fitment guarantee, with no wait time from a reputable vendor for almost the same price. If you dont like it for any reason you can send it back for a full refund.

Not that it matters, but the product you posted about requires a minimum 5 purchases for this price which does not include shipping from China.

Update: In an effort to improve the diffuser, we have finalized a 3rd version of this product.
The newest revision will be available by mid next month and will have better fitment and finish
