BootMod3/Exhaust = Fail emissions?

Hello, I have a emissions/safety check coming up soon and was wondering if I'll have any problems passing. I live in North Carolina and they're super strict. I have stock downpipes, active autowerkes midpipe and Remus sports exhaust, with bootmod3. They use the obd to check the car, would they detect bootmod3? Or is it safer to just flash it back to stock? Thank you!!!

You should flash back to stock or you could fail depending on map settings. Stock DPs are the main equipment factor to pass.

BM3 will not cause your car to fail emission, the lack of cats will.

You still have the primary cats but removed the secondary ones. It all depends on your state's laws.

You’ll be fine, you don’t have dps. I live in Chatham county and they stop doing emissions.
