I have no idea, sorry. Other than the code, do you notice anything wrong when driving etc?

You could try clearing the code and continue, to see if it pops up again (definitely something to be looked at then).

Just found a 'how to' on youtube and a link for the sensor.
Easy job and £24, just ordered one.
