M Performance exhaust cold starts fix?

Just assumed the lease of an 18' M3 with an M Performance exhaust and cold starts are brutal. Other then a cold start delete has anyone ever heard of a home made silencer that i can just place over the exhaust during cold starts? So far I've managed not to need to start at super odd hours but it's only a matter of time.
