Light Popping Noise (Turning Left)

So I've had my BMW HAS kit installed on my '18 M4 ZCP for a year now and at first it made the clunking noise...had it all re-installed....now occasionally it'll make a very slight / light pop pop pop noise when turning hard left. Funny thing is if I do it then re-center and turn hard left again, silent.

Any ideas?

I literally went and re-torqued everything twice...my guess is that it's coil bind of some sort since the perch on the driver vs. passenger sides are not identical (which the shop said was normal).

The noise is so light it's almost impossible to record or I would but it's there.
