Req info on exhaust upgrade for M3 cs

I am considering an exhaust upgrade on my M3 CS, and need some information, if you can help that'd be appreciated. I am considering these products:
- Eisenmann slip-on (2 versions: Sport and Racing, respectively part B8888.00904.11 and B8888.20904.11)
- Genuine BMW MPE, part 18302349921 plus tips

1. For all above products, does installation require any destructive non-reversible change?
2. Anybody knows how those systems compare in loudness?
3. Are valves controlled uniquely via comfort/sport/sport+ button or separate control available?

I have the MPE on my CS, it's very good and keeps the deepness of the CS tune., its race like under full load and gets better the more miles you put on it.
You won't need a controller on your CS as valves are open all the time in Sport plus and Sport after the cold start sequence has finished.
