New M4 Owners, performance mods recommendations

I recently purchased a mint 2015 M4 with only 17k miles and decided to park my Porsche 911 4s. From what I can tell it is completely stock so I am looking for some performance mod recommendations. I have about $2,500 to $5,000 set aside to spend.

I have been reading around and looks like most are doing the following:
Air Intake
New Exhaust
Mid Pipe
BM3 tune

Is this a good start? Are there others? What brands would you recommend? Any help to a M newbie would be great!

Bootmod3 and lightweight wheels and sticky MPSC2
Best bang for the buck

Drop in filters, catless downpipes, midpipes and tune. You will be happy!
