Trusted Wheel Refinishers BAY AREA?
Can you guys help me and suggest trusted Bay Area wheel refinishers?
(I know Supreme Power) but thats a bit far for me being in LA I have some BBS Fi-R's that were damaged via shipping. Ive been told via BBS America Rep, Platinum Silver is a Porsche color EP8 and want to get them refinished in the original... Let me know what you guys think, Thanks in advance |

This is probably the best wheel repair shop in the Bay Area but they are pricey.

Memoryfab or wheel techniques for local places.
If you’re super picky about your wheels, this guy is probably the best around. But you would have to ship him your wheels. https://ewheelworks.us/ Also, here is the Instagram link: https://www.instagram.com/ewheelworks/ Last edited by Schultz28; 04-29-2019 at 09:06 AM.. |

+1 for Rite-Way esp for some FI-Rs and Memoryfab is a middleman...

I will be taking a new LM-R to Wheel Techniques this weekend to have clearcoat on the face stripped and reapplied. Bought a set of custom finished LM-R wheels from a vendor here. One of the wheels had a blemish on the clearcoat, and now the vendor is being unresponsive to my request to fix the issue.

Unfortunate. Let me know how it goes. Especially if they will get back to OEM BBS Finish. Don't you want to get all of them redone? im curious about matching... Im most likely going to send these off to Autotalent to get redone in one off finish. |

Will do. I'll ask Wheel Techniques whether or not all 4 need to be redone, however, I'm not too concerned. The custom finish was brushed with clear on top so it shouldn't be an issue for them to match a clearcoat. |
