MPE Valve Issue

Unplugged the valves on my MPE about a month ago and I was initially enjoying it very much. But I leave home around 6 am, so decided to be a good neighbor and plug the valves back in a few days ago.

For some reason it seems that the valves don't close anymore. The only variable that has changed since I unplugged them was the bootmod3 tune I got. I tried closing the vales through bootmod and that has not worked either.

Can anyone shed some light on this? I checked the fuses and they seem to be intact. I did make sure to put on a bit of tape to cover the connectors when I pulled them, to stop them from getting damaged by snow and water.

happened to both sides?

maybe try to get voltage meter and test at the plug to isolate further to software or hardware when you issue that flap close from bootmod3? I'd imagine that there must be some voltage different to make the flap close or open.

It seems to have happened on both sides. I’ll double check but the car doesn’t seem to have gotten any quieter since plugging the valves back on.

Don’t gave access to a voltage meter but I’ll try and source one.
