Clicking noise from new M4 CS

Hi guys

I've noticed this clicking noise everytime I

1. Unlock the car (locking never causes it)

2. Closing the door if left open for a little while.

Any thoughts ?

Previous clicking noise threads suggest valvetronic motor but this sounds a little different to those clips.

Any advice appreciated. Will take back to the dealer of course but wouldn't be bad to provide a differential diagnosis.
