Bootmod3 Cold Start Issue

Hi guys,

So I pulled the plug and flashed my car with the bootmod3 stage 0+ GTS tune. Paired with the m performance exhaust, the tune transformed the way the car sounds.

But leaving work the next day, I noticed an issue on cold start. The car would rev up then down (almost as if it was about to stall). I immediately turned it back off and on and it was fine. I flashed it to the CS tune and noticed the same thing happen today while leaving work (+4 degrees).

Not sure if this is relevant, but this does not happen during all cold starts. Its completely fine in the mornings. I have only had it happen these two times so far (both after work, car is sitting for 8 hours). Can anyone chime in?

I don't have the cold start delete.

Thank you

If you changed your cold start RPM setup on the map that’s why. I’d set that to OEM and set cat heating to off and you’re set

Mine idles rough when cold. Cold start disabled. Do you think the maf sensor clean would fix that?

Car only has 8000kms and stock intakes. It only started doing this after the tune. Do you think it could still be the MAF? Is there some sort of "learning period" for the car that I should expect after the tune?

I have contacted bootmod help centre. Also, these are the codes I got when I did the diagnostics. Nothing relevant to this issue, I believe.

Update: Bootmod3 customer service replied to me and suggested to try reset adaptations under diagnostics. This seems to have worked and the car hasn't done this since.
