No, I am stock. With that said has anyone ever experience timing retarding on 91 or 93?
Can we still detonate early on 93? I figured if I ran 100 as I am a weekend only driver in this car (cost wouldn't be too bad) it would run a little better especially on hotter days.

Nope. Very likely the only difference you'll see is a higher gas bill.

It depends on how much boost and timing you're running. The GT260+ is similar to MS109 in terms of resistance to knock. Very good fuel. But you're going to want aggressive tuning to really take advantage of that octane.

I actually fill up 3 gallons of 100 octane fuel occasionally at every fill up to get the octane levels the same as in Germany.
Anything more is not needed since you are not tuned for it.

Higher octane will allow you to run more aggressive maps and make more power. If you are stock, its a waste of money

You will feel a difference over 91/93 but only the maximum allowable timing advance built into stock programming. A properly tuned car on the 100 is a NIGHT AND DAY power difference. you just pull on everything. I used to put a few gallons of it in when my tank was low around once a month (on a built motor).
