Need some expert help, upgrade failed
So i was attempting to upgrade to the latest istep. I have done this a few times before with success.
The tal process failed on FEM GW for some unknown reason. Since then the car will not fully shut off. The radio head unit button lights are on and the Headlight indicator is also on. I cannot connect to the car, I get an error the there is no FA in the VCM. I suspect the FEM GW module is stuck in a bootloader type of mode. I would like to work with someone that knows what they are doing. Happy to pay. not sure what i should try next. I havent disconnected the battery yet, wanted to talk with someone first. |

Just an update, i cannot read the fa, if i supply a previous FA i can then read the ECUs. Only the FEM_GW ecu is detected. I believe this ecu is not correctly flashed. When i attempt to run a tal to update just this ecu i receive the following error
[FEM_GW - 10] - [Exception - FEM_GW - 10] SVK-Ist does not match expected SGBMIDs for ecu ECUId:FEM_GW_0x10. Excpected (relevant process classes only): [hwap_00000f3a-255_255_255, hwap_00000f3d-255_255_255, hwel_00000792-000_006_000, hwap_00000f3b-255_255_255, hwap_00000f38-255_255_255], Actual (relevant process classes only): [hwel_00000792-000_004_011, hwap_00000f3a-255_255_255, hwap_00000f38-255_255_255, hwap_00000f3d-255_255_255, hwap_00000f3b-255_255_255], Missing SGBMID(s): [hwel_00000792-000_006_000], Surplus SGBMID(s): [hwel_00000792-000_004_011 any help would be appreciated. |

Update: i was able to resolve this by clicking HW-IDs from SVTactual in the tal calc area. Once i flashed fem_gw everything came back to normal
