Who would you trust your car with for certain coating (Philly and suburbs)
Seen a lot of mixed reviews of shops botching up a detail and ceramic coating. Need recommendations on a tried and tested shop.
Thanks.

Take the drive up the Turnpike and hit up A Buff and Beyond, Nick and crew will take care of you. A few peoples cars on here are there right now, mine will be there next week.
http://www.abuffandbeyonddetailing.com/ Its worth the drive and getting it done right.

Nick at Auto Obsessions in Pennsauken does amazing work. He always has some seriously high end collector cars floating around. Has always treated my more mundane vehicles with the same level of care and respect. https://aodetail.com
He’s a super nice guy too. https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/at...1&d=1552700531 Edited with a picture of his work Last edited by saveywil1; 03-19-2019 at 08:22 PM.. |

+1 A Buff And Beyond.
had mine done there (PPF & ceramic) a year ago and still completely satisfied. Nick is one hour from Center City and imo the certainty of getting a perfect job is worth the trip. |

Thanks. Problem is that ceramic usually requires leaving the car there for more than a day. It’s too far for a drop off and then return.

so by all this I mean that the length of time in the shop mitigates the travel time, in my view anyway. on IG==> |

There a guy with a mobile detailing business up near Pottstown his website is https://kdetailz.net/ I'll start off by saying I bought my M5 Back in 98 and still have it to this day, and after the years the thing was really scratched up. So we agreed to aa 2 step correction and when I came back outside and saw what it looked like when he was done i was astonished, it quite simply looked like the day i bought it.

I live in Philadelphia and I have a shop in South Jersey. We can meet up in person you can take a look at my F82 that I fully Paint corrected (3 stage: cut/compound, finish polish, then glaze/ceramic primer with carpet essence)
and then I used Gtechniq products for the two-stage ceramic coating. Depending on what your car needs, it may be one long ass day, maybe two days. And you’re welcome to sit there and while I do it. Just throwing it out there |
