Remus cat back
Had my local dealership install my full remus catback. Heres my disclaimer for all the haters, I love the sound of the s55.
Cold start up is brutal. I may need to think about some sound deadening in the garage. Once it settles down, idle is nothing. Inside the car cruising isnt much louder than stock. But if you stab at the throttle in neutral, it blurts out a very loud, almost startling sound that is punctuated by the crackling sound. Both of these phenomena seem about 20 times louder than the stock zcp. The sound isnt significantly different, which is what I was specifically looking for. It's just accentuated. I picked up the CF tips which imo is a must. Looks fantastic from the ass end view. Overall couldnt be happier. I find myself revving at light like a 16 year old just to hear it. I was also amazed that when the valves are closed, it's as quiet as stock. Nice when you dont want attention |

Sweet, man.
I love mine paired with an aftermarket mid-pipe. Cold starts aren't that loud since it defaults to efficient mode on my '18 ZCP? It gets insane stupid loud if I blip in Sport upon starting cold first thing in the AM. Big ups to Justin.AutoTalent for the rec.

Ugh......why you guys do this to me??? I've been very happy with my AA midpipe paired to my stock ZCP and valve controller.....but as usual the mod bug is itching hard and that Remus back box sounds pretty stellar.

The rear section really opens the sound using midpipe. I was discussing with someone that the inner pipes/ muffler-filler sort of mutes it with stock or ZCP muffler

100% happy. But then again, I straight piped my E60 V10. So I like it a little spicier than most

You can get a can flap module to start it up with valves closed and dampen the sound a bit (if anyone is into that sort of thing ). More importantly you can control when the valves to stay open. I keep mine open 99% of the time unless just cruising on the highway. Remus is a great system for these cars. The 102mm cf tips are |

Don’t forget to mention the “drone” at around 2k/min. I’ve had the non-res version.
Sound was very loud and agressive and yes i liked it. Riding long journeys with the valves open was way too much for me. Yes i have Bm3 to open and close the valves at all times. But at the end, give me M perf all the way. Just my 2 cents |
