Cat Back and Warranty Question

So I know everyone says if losing your warranty is a concern then do not mod however I'm hoping I can get some clarification on this. I'm about to pull the trigger on MPE with carbon tips for $5.5k, I can't help but feel like I would get superior results with an alternate system. I will only be doing a cat back system and not touching the DP's, please tell me; worst case scenario what type of issues could I expect to have them deny?

Reason I ask is it is sounding like Remus + AA mid is the ultimate setup according to the vast majority of you out there.

If you have any drivetrain warranty issues, the manufacturer need to proof is related to the exhaust to be able void your warranty. You are not loosing your warranty because of a exhaust.

Has anyone here experienced anything like this and had a dealer deny your claim?

A dealer can not decline a claim, only BMW NA. Worst case your car gets flagged, but you still have your warranty.

It seems to be illegal if they do covered by the
law called the Magnuson-Moss warranty act:
https://www.magnaflow.com/support/faqs/general-questions/will-it-void-my-factory-warranty/

You will read this on different sites.

I wonder though, in this specific case, since most aftermarket cat backs delete the secondary cats, that this gives an easy out to deny a warranty claim. Extra HP from the cat delete, or whatever. It's a stretch, but seeing how some of these cases are being handled recently, wouldn't put it past them to deny a claim. In theory you're removing emissions equipment.

Exhaust does not put any pressure on the car's components, its never an issue if installed correctly.

Get the system you like best

Isn't MPE consider OEM parts? I don't see why it's going to affect warranty.
Plus, if you just get the dealer to install it, it be covered as well
