1,200 Mile Break-In Service / Bay Area SA Recommendation

My 1,200 mile break-in service is coming up on my LRG M3 CS.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good SA in the Bay Area? I live in SF and work in Sunnyvale.

I've had things stolen from my car at BMW of Mountain View so I'm staying away from them. Steven Creek BMW told me I had a nail in my tire and that I needed to replace both tires, so I took it to my tire place in SF and there was no nail in my tire.

Just tired of getting burned. Any recent recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Try Peter Pan in the peninsula. I would stick to dealerships until your warranty is over for any kind of service like that.

Peter Pan BMW 100% Ask for Oliver, he's the assistant service manager. The best.

I live in SF and I just take it to BMW SF. I think I've heard mixed reviews with SF but my experiences there are good so far.

I take it to Anthony in Fremont. I've known the guy for 15 years lol he's basically the only service writer I trust who won't try to rip my arm and leg out for having a "modded" lease. A lot of the things are at the discretion of the service writers, so I highly suggest taking it to someone who won't try to ding you for the tiniest things.

He also makes sure the M cars gets a hand wash but asks if you even want one to begin with.

Anthony is good people! If Fremont BMW is the place you're going I would say that's the guy to talk to!

I go to Tyler Lem at Stevens Creek BMW! One of the few SA's that's actually a BMW enthusiast.

I just had my 1200 mile service done at BMW SF. Vincent Lam is my SA, super nice guy. I also bought my car at BMW SF.

I had my driver side mirror glass replaced since it was foggy and cloudy and they installed wheel locks on the car, all hassle free.

The porters took care of the car, no car wash as requested, no damage or even dirt in the car when I picked it up.

I live in Redwood Shores, but work in SF. It’s a far drive for me but worth it.
