As the title states I'm looking for information on power out put for full bolt on with E85, I'm currently running downpipes, K&N drop in filters and Bootmod3 stage 2 tune. looking for some extra power, I'm estimating my current setup at 500-510 whp, will like to be at 550-560 whp, does E85 get me there or do I need Pure turbos?? From what I'm reading the DCT can hold up to 600whp before needing updated clutch packs. Also who would you recommend as E85 tuner from Bootmod3. Thanks in advance.

On our shop F80, we pushed out 580 WHP on E85 with full Akrapovic turbo back + MSR intakes. This car is a 6 speed.

On the DCT, you're going to run into the clutch slippage around 650 + Wheel Torque. Here are some numbers that you can expect from the Stage 2 E85 tuning through Cary Jordan

DCT - Base E85 Map + After Dyno Session

6 MT - Stock + 91 Stage 2 + E85 After Dyno Session

~560-570whp is what's expected on Dynojet, which is what most people are familiar with, this example was a bit on the conservative end:

Would the E40 map be compatible to a car running "Flex fuel" (51 percent ethanol). This is all we have available in my area.

E40 is the percentage of ethanol content that is required for the map. I believe Bootmod3 only offers an E30 blend map.

If you have consistent 51% ethanol then you probably need around 9-10 gallons topped off with 5 gallons of 93 to be within the E30 range.

Yes! Paul is awesome. I daily my f80 with his full e85 tune and it rocks. No drive ability issues, other than cold starts. But that's expected, been really cold and 83% here in Cali. Dyno jet pulled 570 whp 600wtq. Ngks, Gapped at (. 18)Downpipes, secondary cat delete, res delete, and bms intakes.

Tbh at the end of the day dont be too focused on numbers if youre going to be racing from (cant see why you would get an E tune if you arent going to be racing) a dig focus on doing digs and progressing your car from there. If you doing a roll focus on doing roll. I have 600whp and trust me when i tell you its not about the numbers

Thanks all for replying, I decided to go pure turbos because I don't have E85 pumps close to my home, I still have the option to add E85 with the Pure turbos to make more power, Tbh I love the power delivery of the Pure turbo as it seems more controllable and power delivery across the board. Hopefully I'll add E85 or Meth one day.
