How to remove radio faceplate?

Ok I removed the 4 screws holding the radio faceplate and turn it over, there is only one connector on the back. But I can't get the plug out from the socket no matter how hard I pull. It move 1/4 way and the just stuck there. I don't see any push tab that is locking the plug. Did I miss something? Thanks

this video it looks like he just yanks it off, if there's no push tab you probably just need more force.

I tried for a long time to get mine out, and it would barely budge.

Is this to do the LCI retrofit? I ended up getting several plastic cards (credit cards, library cards, old IDs etc) and inserting them between the cracks to unlock the pegs so I could pop out the AC/Media units. After that, I just put them into the new trim. Was way easier that way for me.
