 for BMW Dallas Service

Just had my break in service completed yesterday at BMW Dallas and surprisingly got in and out in 2.5 hours while I waited. Granted I was the 4th car in the line up when I arrived at 7:50am, but gotta give credit where credit is due.

Hope others have similar experiences, but just wanted to share my story too. It does seem like they're under a lot of construction in the sales area, but the service area seems to be in full swing! While I was there, cars were coming in non-stop and the service teams were quick to check in the customers.

Interesting. BMW of Dallas is, in my opinion, the absolute worse dealer in DFW. Sewell (BMW of Grapevine) is by far the best, followed by Classic.

Every time I've been BMW of Dallas it's been a shit show or a headache. But happy you had a good experience.

Good to know... frankly I didn't look too much into alternative options. Given that BMW of Dallas is 10 mins away from my house, I figured to give it a shot.

Will keep the ones you've referenced in mind for the next big service!

Generally speaking I am not a big fan of BMW of Dalllas but out of convenience I have taken our cars in for service there and have found a good SA Jesse. Can’t say enough good things about him as he is very responsive,
