MSport exhaust tips

I searched on the forum, online, and measured the best I could! I'm still not 100% sure. Has anyone installed 4 inch round quad tips on the MSport bumper?

Are these 4" per tip, 8" total per side?
Which did you go with?

So each tip is 4" correct? So 8" for the two tips together per side

I am also looking to do this, and would like to order some. I posted picture of some in the thread I started earlier but no one was able to tell me if they would work.

Alright thanks. So from exhaust pipe to the inlet is 3" i believe. So any thing with a 3" inlet diameter, up to 4" outlet should work. You know the length by any chance?

I'm not 100% sure... if I have to slightly modify the bumper I will. I think the 4 inch looks more aggressive and it fills gap much nicer over the 3.5

I agree the 4" looks better, now just need to find the proper length for them.

I think any reputable exhaust shop can make any length work. The inlet is showing 2.8 for the X5, most of the tips I like are 2.5. I'll call my muffler shop tomorrow and see if they can make it work.

Hmm someone posted a while back that inlet diameter was 3". Where did you find the exact diameter?

@Russmov

Didn't realize you have a similar thread, lol

I confirmed with my exhaust shop that they can easily stretch 2.5 to 2.8. It would be welded of course.

No problem!
Also that's good to know it can be fitted. Which tips are you going with?
