Dealer Coding / Programing ....

I should be taking delivery of my new F80 next week.

When I got my outgoing F30, I had the dealer set auto/stop/start to "remember last setting" before I took delivery. Any good ideas for similar things I should ask them to do for the F80?

F8x already remembers last setting for auto start / stop. If I turn it off, it stays off until I turn it back on and vice versa.

I’m surprised a dealer would agree to do any coding. However, there are some threads about things people do that may give you some ideas:

Ok thanks, good to know remember last setting is now standard. I know that people do their own coding but yes dealer will do certain things in my experience. That is why I was asking if anyone had any other suggestions for what the dealer might do, I am not interested in doing it myself which is why I posted in the general discussion session.

Nope, it’s in Tech Forum DIY And Coding Discussion forum.

Outside of ISTA, Dealers do not have ability to code outside of that.
