Anyone own a former performance driving school M3/M4?

I called on a 2017 M3 with about 6000 miles on it, and looking at the carfax, I assumed it was a corporate demo. Not so much. It's a car that was at the SC driving school. Does anyone here own one of these? It's priced about $25k under original msrp, so it's enticing, but it's obviously been driven hard. Any experience with this on the board?
