M3 Price Check Help

I'm normally very good with this and stay on top of it. my lease end quickly caught up to me (ive been very busy) and im a week away from turn in. I just haven't had the time todo the research i normally do before leasing a car. here is my build.

M3-Manual-Yas Marina-437M Rims-Cloth interior. (I want a stripper) with PCD Delivery In september. (sadly timing just doesn't work out for another ED trip)

MSRP comes to $69,245 With the calculator that is posted I see that Invoice should be right around $65,145 give or take a few bucks. Initial offer from my dealer is $2,750 off before the $4,000 in incentives. Seems pretty low to me but i also understand i dont have many options. What is a target number I should shoot for? $500 over invoice? Its my play car so im not desperate and can go around to other dealers.

i mean if you are well under invoice after incentives no point of beating a dead horse. You should obvs press for lower, but if they are not budging, shit its a good deal and your still getting an f80 m3 for ED which is very soon bout to go out of production. Make sure everything is legit, this seems a tad, to good to be true, but thats just my opinion

I think he meant target over invoice before incentives.

Options invoice is .92 and car invoice is roughly .94. Do the math. If you are okay with how much they are charging you over invoice, do it. Remember the destination charge doesn't have an invoice price.

He wants the dealer to give him 500 over invoice BEFORE incentives. The incentives are manufacturer side so I don't see why he can't press for those numbers. BMW is offering some really big incentives to move new metal this month so the sales guys should be willing to give you what you want...so long as it's within reason. I say 500 over invoice is easy to do since it's the difference between a sale and no sale at the end of the month.
